So we finally get a glimpse of final stand and hints of what is to come.... In short, a throw back to 2142? Still no official release date yet it will be the final quarter of 2014, rumours are that it will be early October, but they are just that.... rumours!
The maps will be available to play on the CTE servers as of yesterday.
Here is the official release video... no game play yet but I have to admit, it look great, although I hope the snow landscape doesn't have the same horrible effect as we get on locker!
The new weapons that can be utilised/picked up in the game are interesting but I hope they are not to over the top... Be good to have a go on the rail gun!
Here is the official blurb or read it in Battlelog at this link
Final Stand – Operation Whiteout
Players will also discover secret...

So, once again I've been slack on the news front, but then there hasn't been a lot to say regarding BF4 really...
All in all, I believe most people are enjoying the BF4 experience much better, the initial bugs etc have been MOSTLY ironed out, but it's still a way from being perfect.
The recent DLC has been good by most accounts, but then you can't please everyone and that has been reflected in the map rotations as we try to get a good balance for everyone.
The servers are going from strength to strength, it is common to have both servers fully populated with large queues and it is credit to the admins and the community as a whole for this.
As a clan we've had great feedback and built on our good reputation which is proven by the constant stream of clan apps we have been getting.
So a warm "WELCOME" to all those new members, we (TOGA) hope you have a good time here and enjoy being part of the best...

NEW BATTLEFIELD: HARDLINE???? Keep reading...
So my own personal spammer Binary has sent me some more good info relating to Battlefield... (seriously though, I think he has a thing for me

Well at least it saves me doing the hard work... this news reporter stuff is easy, cheers Binary, keep making me look good! Anyway, here it is.......
A Post by Karl Magnus Troedsson,
At around 4am this morning, the DICE VP & Group GM uploaded a post on to Battleloghttp://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/news/view/to-all-battlefield-fans/ (It’s nice to see there’s someone else other than me who can’t sleep!)
It’s well worth a read, apart from the fact that it mentions a new game called “Battlefield Hardline” – below is a link to an early leaked internal trailer for it – it’s about 6 months old, and had the codename “Omaha” at...

Dragon’s Teeth DLC
Okay so it’s been out for a little while and probably most of you have seen the official trailer “sneak peek” on Battlelog, but for those of you who have blinkers on…
From other sources we also know that this DLC pack will contain the Desert Eagle (handgun), Unica 6 Magnum (handgun), SIG MPX (submachine gun), SRS Bulldog 762 (assault rifle) and the McMillan CS5 (sniper rifle).
Then there’s the 2-handed Ballistic “Riot” Shield and a remote control robot which can be equipped with an M240B machine gun with 450 rounds or 4nr M203 grenade launchers carrying 4 rounds.
Apparently the Ballistic Shield is capable of melee “bonking” opponent players up to a metre away, so this may take over as the new “fail” way to die instead of Defrib’s or the Repair Tool.
The...

Introducing Loadout Pre-sets
News just in from the Origin News page http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/news/view/battlefield-4-loadout-presets/ is that they are today introducing the ability for us to make a number of kit and vehicle loadouts and then save them as pre-sets. For those of us who have played certain MMO’s this is what we would call “saving our builds”.
The whole story can be read by following the above link but essentially you can have 2 pre-sets per class if you’re non Premium or 4 pre-sets if you’re a Premium player. The only apparent downside I can see is that they state the pre-sets are only available via the Battlelog screen which seems to mean you can’t pop quickly to the pre-sets screen when you die to change from one set up to another.
Personally I don’t have any issues of problems with the way it all works currently, and...
