I can't see the image you shared. The lag in bf1 depends also on server location and how well the performance is of this server.

The toga tag should i put it in my origin name ?

No, currently bf1 doesn't support clantags.
In bf4 you can change your tags under your profile (click on edit profile on http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/user/NotsoodrunK/)
Then go to the soldiers tab, there you can add your toga tags.

Status Update - Application Denied

We are sorry, but you have not been successful in joining TOGA at this time. The reason(s) for your application being denied are:

• Reason 1 after several warnings about the way you speak to others on teamspeak it was brought to my attention that although you have not been on ts lately you have been taking your time to write comments on the ingame chat. this is not the behavour we want from our members so i think its best that we denie your app now

Please remove your =toga= tags at this time, but feel free to reapply at any time if you feel you can change the reasons given for denial.
