That is amazing, beautiful cake and very skilled icing, I love it!

I haven't baked anything more than my favourite school dinner coconut/jam sponge so i've nothing to add.

I'll maybe have a bake next week if I get some time so I'll report back :)

I love this cake from the Basque Country, Basque Gateau.

Although this recipe has a crusty pastry version, I prefer the nice soft pastry version.
Looks damn nice, I might make that one sometime soon!
