GAMES
TOGA BF4 SERVER - As discussed in the posts in the forums, it has been decided for various reasons to retire our BF4 server. I won't go in to details as it is all in the thread here
Many thanks to all those who have supported the server, both players and staff for supporting the server over it's long deployment, many friends have been made, new members found, and fun games completed.
A reminder to all to keep an eye out here for the retirement event.
ROCKET LEAGUE - Lots of clan members playing this but nobody has sent me anything news worthy so I have nothing to report!! However if you are playing I've seen people in the TS channel almost every night so jump in and find out more there!

RAINBOW SIX SIEGE -
Nothing new since Decembers post, still awaiting the Year 2 pass coming next month:
"Year 2 Pass (release date: February 2017)
Ubisoft has announced that they will bring a Year 2 pass to Rainbow Six Siege. This year 2 pass will include new deployment countries and 8 new operators to be added. The operators will be deployed to Spain, Hong Kong, Poland and South Korea."
BATTLEFIELD 1 -
A couple of weeks ago the clan rented its first Battlefield 1 server and can be discovered in the server list as: The Old Gits Army. The one minor thing on Battlefield is that you need 20 players to start a round on a map. This is pretty hard to accomplish with only a few active members/players who are trying to get the server going. There are some posts about advertising our server and solutions to try and get the server going (sorry non members, but linked forum post in our private section). Hopefully the future will bring some more Admin tools to it so that we can adjust the amount of players needed to start a round.
Road ahead:
At this moment some of you might already have played the Custom Games that have been released. One of these Custom Game modes is "Armored Kill".
Which is a game mode where there are no scouts and where vehicles can spin around capping objectives.
On January the 18th they released "Bleed Out".
This is a Custom Game mode in rush where downed enemy soldiers respawn a lot faster than usual an regenerative health is turned of.
Another Custom Game mode is "Eye to eye".
This mode focusses on fast paced gameplay where the only class you can use is Assault and there is no regenerative health system. The strategy is simple, kill or be killed. In February there will be a major update on Battlefield 1 which will improve gameplay based on feedback and testing. There are
The "They Shall Not Pass" DLC release (as mentioned in our last news update) will be in March. The pictures above reveals a small amount of the environment that DICE has chosen for this DLC. The DLC will come with four maps. Premium Battlefield 1 owners will have a two week earlier start.
